Questions about older/younger siblings? Get in Touch
Teamwork makes the dream work! Parent riders/coaches are how our gears turn. Parents who can ride with us should register as a coach. If your rider is young and new to trails, we request you ride with us as a parent coach.

General Information
A
Parents must sign up as coaches and go through training and background checks before joining a team ride.
A
We will have a group of slower and/or younger riders, but to make this work we need more parent coaches. We can never have enough adults to help — we can use your help even if you don't ride!
A
No, but we really (really!) recommend a mountain bike vs. a hybrid, commuter, etc. We take on plenty of rock gardens, roots, and hills — so the more trail-capable the bike the better.
A
As a development team, we take riders up to 5th grade. Please reach out to and/or register with an NEYC "big kid" team for middle school-aged kids!
A
Awesome! Please register the same as your rider (except, choose the "coach" registration category).
A
Our riders are too young to compete in the NEYC race series, but we will have the opportunity to volunteer and be "part of the scene" to join in the fun.
A
The price per rider is $80 for the season (~$25 for coaches). Financial aid is available on a limited basis. Please reach out for more information.
A
Coaches are volunteers who have received safety training from the NEYC league. We are all CORI-checked and covered by the league's insurance. We get specific training and lesson plans from RideLogic.

Once you've uploaded your submissions, you need to click "Complete and proceed to cart" and finish the transaction. Once that's done, you'll see a confirmation and the NEYC will receive a notification.
